At MellowPawss, we work hard to process and deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible.

Please allow 1–2 business days for us to process your order before it is shipped.

Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping time. Your total delivery time is therefore:

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Worldwide Shipping: 9-12 Business Days

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link.

You can use the tracking link to monitor the progress of your package until it is delivered.

After your order has been dispatched, please check your shipping confirmation email for your tracking information.
